Against the three things you are doing instead.
Nobody chooses between developer tool suites. They choose between a search result, a subscription they already pay for, and an afternoon of writing it themselves.
Versus a free tool site from search results
Where your data goes
Most free converters post your input to a server. Ours run in the browser for anything that can. If you would not email the input to a stranger, do not paste it into one.
Whether it is there tomorrow
A side project with an ad network has no reason to stay up. This has customers who would notice.
Versus a per-tool subscription
What you pay for
A subscription charges the same whether you use it daily or forgot it exists. Credits are consumed by work, and unused ones do not renew themselves quietly.
How many you need
One account covers formatting, conversion, inspection, monitoring and AI. The alternative is five bills and five logins.
Versus building it yourself
The first afternoon is cheap
The formatter takes an hour. The scheduler, the retries, the credit accounting, the failure emails and the audit trail are the other six months.
The parts nobody budgets for
Not double-charging on a retry. Refunding a failed provider call. Making a team's spend come from the team's wallet. Those are the expensive bits, and they are done.
The honest summary
If you need one tool once, use a search result. If you need forty tools weekly, on a schedule, without leaking anything, this is cheaper than any of the three.
