What's a credit?+

Every API call costs a small number of credits based on the tool — from 2 for the simplest up to 40 for the heaviest. There are two kinds: compute credits pay for our compute and run every tool, while AI credits pay for what a model provider charges and are only spent by tools with a model step. Plans grant both. Each tool's exact cost is shown in the playground and docs.

Do plan credits roll over?+

When you change plan, whatever is left of your allowance is carried across for 30 days — capped at one month of your new plan's allowance — so changing plan doesn't destroy what you've already paid for. Within a plan the allowance refreshes each cycle and doesn't stack, and that's true on a yearly plan too, which bills once but still tops you up monthly. Carried credits end with the subscription. Purchased packs are separate and stay valid for 12 months.

How does yearly billing work?+

You pay for twelve months up front at a discount, and your credit allowance refreshes every month exactly as it does monthly — you don't get a year of credits in one go. You can move up a tier at any point during the year; moving down or back to monthly takes effect when the year ends, so you keep everything you paid for.

What's the difference between a personal and an organization plan?+

A personal plan powers your own workspace. An organization adds shared billing, team members with roles and permissions, and a seat cap that grows with the tier.

What happens if I cancel?+

You keep your plan until the end of the current billing period, then drop to Free (or, for an organization, it pauses). You keep any credit packs you've bought.

Can I move credits between workspaces?+

Yes — settled purchased credits can be transferred between workspaces you control, and an organization owner reclaims them automatically if the org is closed.
