ISO 8601 Normalization

When saving dates to Postgres, MongoDB, or transmitting them via JSON APIs, you must use a standardized format.ISO 8601 (`YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:ss.sssZ`) is the undisputed international standard. Our formatter takes messy, human-typed dates and normalizes them into pure UTC ISO strings.
